Richard Scott Nemrow, 45, of Lindon, UT, Remembered as Beloved Husband, Father, and Friend

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Richard Scott Nemrow, known affectionately as “Scott,” who peacefully departed at his home in Lindon, Utah, on Sunday, July 27, 2025, at the age of 45.

A Life of Warmth, Adventure & Generosity

Born on April 8, 1980, Scott grew into a man defined by adventure, compassion, and heartfelt dedication to those he loved. His friends and family recall him as someone who radiated joy and laughter, drawing others into his world with ease.

Scott’s childhood memories are filled with tales of beach outings in Southern California, crafting playful movies and music with friends, and mastering his independence early—such as buying his first car at 16. He balanced his adventurous spirit with kindness, often sharing what he had—even if modest—with others, showing generosity from a young age.

A Journey of Faith and Family

After graduating from Timpview High School in 1998, Scott served a two-year mission in Frankfurt, Germany with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Upon returning, he married Anjerie Jarman, with whom he welcomed four daughters. Though they later divorced, Scott’s love for his children remained the anchor of his life. Later, he married Jenni Mella Miller, gaining two stepchildren, and together they had a daughter, Scottie Quinn.

Scott’s devotion to his family was beyond measure—his daughters, biological and step, were the light of his life, his greatest joy, and his lasting purpose.

Entrepreneurship & Unwavering Spirit

An entrepreneur at heart, Scott pursued his passions with energy and vision. He was not only driven in business, but deeply committed to uplifting friends and family—hosting adventures, creating memories, and generously sharing both time and resources.

He had a wide range of interests—from playing guitar and writing songs to reading inspirational books and exploring spiritual growth. In his final year, those closest to him witnessed a remarkable transformation: Scott became a man at peace, deeply committed to his faith, and aligned with a renewed sense of purpose.

A Legacy of Love & Influence

Scott is survived by his beloved wife Jenni, their daughter Scottie Quinn, his four daughters from his first marriage—Avrie Jean, Cynthia June, Faye Ann, Tess Anjerie—his stepchildren Christian and Ellery, his parents Norm and Cindy, and siblings Christy (Briggs), Stephen, David, and Peter.

His presence lit up family gatherings; he was the friend you could depend on, the mentor you looked up to, and the joyful spirit who turned ordinary moments into extraordinary memories.
