In Memoriam: Tom Neuman, Visionary Founder and CEO, Passes Away at 77

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Tom Neuman, our cherished Founder and CEO, who departed this life on July 3rd, 2025, at the age of 77. Tom’s passing marks the end of an era, leaving behind a profound legacy defined by purpose, passion, and unwavering integrity. His impact on the company he built—and on the countless lives he touched—will be felt for generations to come.

Tom was more than a leader; he was a visionary. In founding the company over four decades ago, he set out not merely to build a business, but to create something meaningful—an organization that stood for excellence, innovation, and people-first values. Under his leadership, a modest idea grew into a nationally respected enterprise, known for its commitment to quality, its groundbreaking advancements, and its uniquely human approach to business.

What set Tom apart was not just his business acumen or strategic brilliance, but his unshakable belief in people. He took the time to listen, to mentor, to uplift. Whether he was speaking at a board meeting, walking the halls to chat with interns, or offering personal encouragement during difficult times, Tom led with empathy and humility.

Colleagues describe him as “an anchor,” “a guiding star,” and “a man whose word was as strong as his handshake.” Employees old and new will remember his open-door policy, his stories about the company’s early days, and his habit of signing emails with “Onward”—a simple word that came to symbolize his enduring optimism and forward-thinking spirit.

Beyond his corporate achievements, Tom was a devoted family man, a generous philanthropist, and a committed advocate for education and community development. He was actively involved in initiatives supporting underrepresented entrepreneurs, and he quietly donated to causes ranging from medical research to veterans’ services. He never sought recognition for his giving—only results.

Tom is survived by his wife of 52 years, Eleanor, their three children, Rachel, Michael, and Stephen, and seven grandchildren, all of whom he adored and proudly spoke of at every opportunity. His family was the cornerstone of his life and the source of his greatest joy.

In the coming weeks, the company will hold a celebration of Tom’s life, where employees, partners, and friends will gather to honor the extraordinary man who inspired us all. Details will be shared internally and with those close to the Neuman family.

As we grieve this tremendous loss, we also recommit ourselves to the values Tom held dear—excellence, integrity, compassion, and progress. His legacy lives on not only in the infrastructure and innovation he helped create, but in the culture he cultivated, the people he empowered, and the lives he helped shape.

To know Tom Neuman was to witness leadership at its most genuine. He taught us that success isn’t measured just by profit, but by purpose. And above all, he reminded us that great companies are built by great people—people who care, collaborate, and never stop striving for better.

Tom, your presence is irreplaceable. Your legacy, however, is eternal.
