PENNSYLVANIA | June 27, 2025 — A wave of heartbreak has swept through the small town of Burgettstown and surrounding communities following the tragic death of Michael Miller, a 28-year-old man who was killed in a single-vehicle accident late Friday night in Hanover Township, Washington County.
