There, he flourished and found a second family, embracing cousin siblings Angela, Jennifer, April, and Andrew as his own. In a compassionate tribute to that love, Nick officially took their surname as an adult

He graduated from St. Francis High School, then pursued higher education with determination—earning his bachelor’s degree from Wayne State College and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law.
